The METEOR Operational Metering Summator (OMS) unit is a microprocessor based system designed to collect metering output information and produce real time power values. This data is then provided as a serial data stream, analogue data and relay pulse output data.
The OMS system can be operated as a single unit (where the input pulses are available, and the output data is required at a single location), or as a back-to back pair of units connected via a dedicated current loop interface (where the pulses and outputs are separated by distance).
